IMPORTANT NOTICE for Revalidation applications: Revalidation applications do not “expire” until the Medicaid Agreement End Date. You can locate your Medicaid Agreement End Date by reviewing your Provider Revalidation Reminder 90 Day Letter provided to you in the Provider Secure Communication portal (PSC) at Home Page - PSC (pr.gov). If you have a Revalidation application and your Medicaid Agreement End Date is in the future, and if you see an “expired” status, please disregard that “expired” status and proceed to continue working on your application. Future system enhancements are being considered to avoid revalidation application status confusion. Thank you for your patience.
